This covers a regional breakfast buffet with locally sourced products as well as a multi-course dinner with salad buffet and cheese selection. In winter, afternoon cake is also served. Wednesday is the kitchen's day of rest — no dinner is served that evening, and a corresponding credit is already factored into all prices and packages.
