Price and payment information

All prices quoted are in euros, per person/per day, including half board and VAT. In addition a local tax of currently € 4.60 per person/night (for guests of 14 years and older) will be charged.

Check-Out: up to 10 am

For arrivals after 7 pm we request notification in advance.

Deposit

A deposit of 30 percent is required at the time of booking.

Terms and conditions of cancellation

Charges

Up to 1 month before arrival 30% of the total booking price.
Up to 1 week before arrival 70% of the total booking price.
Less than 1 week before arrival or no-show, late arrival and early departure 100% of the booking price.

To avoid any unnecessary inconvenience, we recommend taking out travel insurance eg. From the Europäischen Reiseversicherung.

Yes, all room rates at Hotel Hubertus include half board. This covers a regional breakfast buffet with locally sourced products as well as a multi-course dinner with salad buffet and cheese selection. In winter, afternoon cake is also served. Wednesday is the kitchen's day of rest — no dinner is served that evening, and a corresponding credit is already factored into all prices and packages.
